To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入去將軍澳的海濱散步,欣賞將軍澳跨灣大橋,正午時份正好去稻香茶居食午餐。我點左點心:櫻花蝦脆網腸粉$25、鴛鴦雙潮$25、酥炸鯪魚球$25、香麻脆竽餅$19及櫻花蝦煎薄撐$25;所有點心都熱辣辣,材料豐富又新鮮,非常好味道,好食👍👍另外,我又點左鍋燒寶貝鮑魚飯$68(平日)、乾燒伊麵$68(平日)及豉椒安格斯炒河$68(平日)。鮑魚飯真係有6隻鮑魚在飯面,賣相了得,米飯燒得香口,有少少飯焦😋😋,十分好味!河粉炒得好美味👍👍,伊麵又燒得乾爽,配菜豐富,值得推介!
