To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂早餐食左咁多年,來來去去既選擇都係差唔多,蛋呀、牛扒、雞扒、火腿或者腸仔咁,水準又唔會有咩大上大落,都係咁上下。雞扒煎雙蛋配蘿蔔糕,雞扒面頭脆脆地,如果覺得肉太乾既話我會點D蛋黃汁黎食,有雞味之餘又會有D蛋香味,都幾好嫁。蘿蔔糕其實就無咩蘿蔔味嫁喇,蘿蔔絲既蹤影亦唔見有,係唔想食塊多士所以轉左做蘿蔔糕囉。雪菜肉絲米係OK既,雪菜唔會太鹹太濃味,個湯同水無咩分別,但朝早食得清D仲好!
