To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第三波疫情下已減少外出用膳, 但間唔中都要外出走走, 食下街外食物, 舒緩下鬱悶嘅心情。經歷咗近來嘅經濟下滑, 市道蕭條, 沙嗲王嘅餐牌越見新低價, 甚至有部分嘅食物標榜回覆都八十年代的價錢, 讓食客能夠回味一下沙嗲王初開業時的食物與價格。<白咖哩香茅豬扒飯> - 招牌白咖哩味道無需懷疑, 穩陣妥當, 配飯配麵都相當惹味開胃; 越式風味嘅香茅豬扒, 亦保持水準, 雖然係薄切但不乾硬, 控制得而。<清湯慢煮豬軟骨拉麵配溏心蛋> - 清湯確係清(比較啖), 啱曬我; 豬軟骨燜得非常淋(個人覺醒來得過淋, 欠口感), 不過不失; 溏心蛋合格啦, 唔夠味, 略過熟; 麵, 啱胃口, 軟硬粗幼適中。< 香脆芝士條 > - $10/10條, 好味, 抵食。但需一提: 自助落單的App操作唔到, 需要由店員落單, 希望改善。
