今日約咗個外國朋友去銅鑼灣登龍街永光中心究極堂吃壽司。瑞士朋友讚不絕口,還說要帶她的老公來吃。究極堂午餐價錢合理,原來星期六日都有午餐供應,這裡座位很舒適,工作人員的態度和善。我哋叫咗火炙壽司拼盤配烏冬午餐,壽司多元化,有明太子燒三文魚、右口魚邊醬油漬、海膽醬燒赤蝦、火焰拖羅、黑松露醬燒帆立貝、還有原條鰻魚卷壽司,海鮮好鮮甜美味,原條鰻魚很搶眼,亦都好新鮮,而且加埋烏冬、麵豉湯同埋一個日式沙律非常之豐富。朋友還叫咗炭燒雞扒蛋包飯,配咗香濃嘅蕃茄醬汁同埋芝士白汁,蛋好嫩滑,白飯軟香,醬汁喺呢個飯嘅靈魂,加埋香滑嘅雞蛋和雞扒,不錯👍。也吃了天使蝦,炸蝦鬆脆非常鮮甜。韓式泡菜章魚玉子燒好嘢,日本風味,裏面夾雜住啲酸酸小小辣嘅泡菜和章魚一起吃, 很有口感。炮台山都有究極堂分店,工作人員告訴我們,如果幾個朋友一齊嚟,可以book VIP房,係一個唔錯嘅吃日式壽司玉子燒嘅地方。
