之前試過尖沙咀Royal Inn, 環境及食物都唔錯。見到銅鑼灣新店開張，滿心歡喜去試吓晚餐，今次叫了海鮮拼盤，焗生蠔，龍蝦湯，牛扒，威靈頓羊架，最後叫咗法式pancake做甜品。首先是被宮廷裝修及環境吸引所以訂位，感覺座位與座位之間都spacious。至於服務質素整體都算唔錯，Waiters 都有不停為我們斟水，服務態度不過不失。至於食物方面，海鮮拼盤不算新鮮，焗蠔質素麻麻，龍蝦湯有啲似罐頭湯，飲完口渴到之後回家仍不停飲水，牛扒質素差，羊架不過不失，全晚最好應該是甜品了。總括而言，食物質素真係有待改善。
