To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不知不覺,來自比利時朱古力品牌GODIVA,已經有90年的歷史,今次將9個不同年份而具代表性的朱古力系列,溶入跟The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong合作的afternoon tea內,可說是別具意義。上兩年在Café 103限時推出的afternoon tea,聽聞收到超過1,200個訂座電話,任何日子及時段都full booking,從中可見受歡迎的程度。今年移師到 The Lounge & Bar,空間感更加強烈,高懸的吊燈,氣派十足,但同樣謐靜安逸,靠窗的座位更多,整幅落地玻璃,讓自然光透入,令人有一種悠閒舒適的感覺,同樣是一個上佳的場所。有別於上兩年的擺設,今年更加生動,甜品都放在一個全球限量的特製的比利時城堡,徐徐轉動時,把比利時著名的地標都一一呈現,例如小童尿尿、市政廳及車站,而採用中間鏤空的設計,可以看到若隱若現的「G」字水晶牌,加上散發出色彩絢麗的燈光,如果在黃昏或稍後的時間欣賞,效果必定更佳。大會為了隆重其事,在享受精美的afternoon tea前,可以先行試試主角的9款朱古力,之後更加插了朱古力咖啡甜點杯工作坊,對於毫無藝術天份的在下,製成品還不錯
