To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然一食

今日晏就苦惱食乜之際，朋友諗起附近有間元氣，就即慶去食。餐廳響地庫，網絡訊號完全係0跟住問店員有冇wifi，就比左個密碼我地，但每15分鐘會自動熄要重新入過，每人只可入3次，都幾煩，唔玩電話好過。茶壺裡既水都唔係好夠，倒左一杯半已冇晒，不過店員就好樂意咁幫我。唔知係我好餓既關係定咩，食物都要等一段時間，最欣賞係個烏冬，熱辣辣好好味如果未食正餐的話，衣個餐真係唔太夠飽，所以餐牌都係話輕食。
