To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今晚突然想去馬鞍山MOS食嘢,點知搵搵下過咗去馬鞍山廣場，原本想食元氣或者拉麵，竟然見到有間一風堂，見到佢啲餐牌都好吸引，於是就入咗去食晚餐，我哋兩個人，一個揀咗鰻魚飯，咁我當然食拉麵啦, 加想見到蟹膏餃子，好想試！因為仍然疫情關係, 仍然好多人會選擇叫外賣，所以就算堂食唔太多人，我哋大概都等左15至20分鐘，我開始第一個餸到！佢哋好細心，會準備紙袋俾我哋放口罩，見到我着白色衫，也安排一個圍裙俾我鰻魚嚟到熱笠笠，特別好味！而我個素菜拉麵，餸菜都好多！到嚟到呢個蟹膏餃子，簡直冇得彈
