To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天跟朋友一起去打卡了，走到累了就看一下附近有什麼好吃的，看到這間有我喜歡的紫薯窩夫，就決定吃這間了！紫薯窩夫海鹽焦糖及雪糕（８８元）這個賣相真的挺不錯，顏色很豐富，上面放有士多啤梨，芒果，藍莓和紫薯脆，當然少不了還有雪糕和窩夫了，而且還撒上了海鹽！所以整個吃起來的味道非常豐富，會先吃到淡淡的海鹽的鹹味，然後是香甜的雪糕，帶點脆的窩夫，窩夫中間還藏有紫薯蓉，所以整體口感層次豐富，味道亦很不錯！生果亦非常香甜！
