To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華星冰室係名就大家都知,係大埔開左分店咁耐一直冇幫襯過,今次終於一食。開左幾個月都仲好多人食,而且我發現係熟客居多我食叉燒湯意,一開頭望落都真係呆左呆,驟眼睇好似得一舊仔叉燒咁,好在原來啲叉燒係哂底火腿炒蛋+多士奶茶偏向多奶,但好滑幾好飲啵叉燒炒意,睇樣又係奇貌不揚,但係食落又幾香口,幾有鑊氣!冰室出名但冇令人失望!熱啡,港式茶餐廳黎講係高質既!食緊野途中老闆又來送花比佢啲伙記同食客,估唔到我未做人呀媽但係母親節都有花收,真係窩心呀
