#將軍澳 #寶琳 #四點金 #四點金飯店今日同屋企人去到寶琳食飯,祖籍潮洲嘅我哋今晚就揀咗間潮州高級餐廳「四點金飯店」。呢間餐廳位置都算方便,佢喺寶琳地鐵站一出嘅新都城商場,好多巴士都黎到。Btw, 土瓜環都有分店咖!開胃小菜酸酸甜甜,上面仲舖咗啲南薑粉😋🦆 正宗澄海滷水獅頭鵝 ($178)首先上枱嘅係呢碟正宗澄海滷水獅頭鵝,師傅將佢排列得整整齊齊,上面放咗芫茜做香菜,另外附上白醋加紅椒粒。鵝肉超多,有部分鵝皮偏厚,皮肉一齊食真係好滋味。雖然比我平時食開嘅斬料肥少少,但肉質腍滑,而且肉汁豐富,真係會連減肥嘅人都忍唔住一啖又一啖咁食曬佢😆🐠 半煎煮黃花魚 ($128)半煎煮嘅黃花魚放入上湯之中,伴隨住仲有冬菇、白蘿蔔、蒜、葱、中國芹菜、薑絲、紅椒等多種香菜。個魚非常之腍滑,而且仲去曬骨,好正呀☺️☺️🦪 家鄉煎蚵仔煎 ($92)呢個係我食過最好食嘅蠔餅,沒有之一。食落去完全唔會覺得食緊麵粉,而係真係每一啖都係蠔仔!底面兩層之間嘅饀料就全部都係蠔仔同蠔膏🤤 好香口、啖啖蠔,呢個價錢真心抵,唔怪得左右兩枱都叫曬黎食😆🍲 金銀蛋莧菜 ($88)Waitress姐姐介紹今日新出嘅金銀蛋莧菜,價錢都好

Waitress姐姐介紹今日新出嘅金銀蛋莧菜,價錢都好合宜,我哋就叫黎試吓啦~果然冇令我哋失望!呢個莧菜的確比普通潮州打冷/餐廳食到嘅鮮味同豐富。有普通蛋花、超多皮蛋同鹹蛋。入面仲有幾粒炸蒜😆好正!呢個菜喺邪惡同健康之間揾到個平衡,超抵讚👍🏻

呢個菜脯杏汁白肺湯超潤!一窩大槪分到六至八碗,入面超多料!姐姐會幫我哋分碗,每碗入面都有大大舊豬肺同白菜膽,超滋補😚💓 杏汁超香,大愛🥰

最後叫返樣甜品先😚 呢個炸蛋散形狀超靚!成個蝴蝶結咁樣,淨㡳火見到個樣已經好開心啦😭💓 食落冇想像中咁脆但都一樣好好食!佢嘅表面係脆但入面係暖嘅,沾埋練奶、芝麻同花生,香口好味😋 下次要再黎試芝麻餅❣️
完全感受到大廚嘅用心同侍應嘅禮貌,呢餐食得好開心。順帶一題,呢度除咗茶,仲有紅酒同其他嘢飲咖😋
