To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上見到有燒鏗魚show,即刻book枱試試,體驗現場live show🙃 menu好吸睛,用插畫方式呈現食物,感覺得意有趣;食物款式多樣化,有唔同選擇,花多眼亂。前菜 - Potato Salad 沙律夾雜左薯仔蓉同薯仔粒,令口感層次提升!加上紅蘿蔔絲同半熟蛋令顏色、味道更豐富。我好怕餐廳用過多mayo令薯仔味道失色,但哩間goodSeared Miso Based Sashimi Tartare職員會上枱時用火槍炙燒表面,所以食上去有陣燒香味,配上紫菜同蛋黃一拼進食。Miso味重,略嫌蓋過sashimi味道,加上蛋黃嘅作用不大。如果配上青瓜絲唔知又會如何呢Main- 滿足壽司一上枱,感覺好滿足因為卷上嘅魚生多到滿瀉,打卡一流🙃 因為餐廳用曬吞拿魚蓉故換上其他魚(但已忘記了😂。但鮮味比吞拿魚弱,而海膽亦有腥味,頓時滿足感下降燒花魚一夜干果然係好厚肉,係啖啖肉啊!味道不會太咸而有魚味,係我食過嘅燒花魚頭3名。可以再燒脆啲,令魚皮更脆口,魚腩位置更香厚切燒牛舌每次壽居酒屋必叫之選,亦因為咁而要求更高!碟上並唔係所有位置都係牛舌心,有部份比較靭,較為失望。舌心部位仍保留粉嫩狀態,應該用上日

仲叫咗炒菜,不錯


服務態度非常好,會盡力解答所有問題,主動添茶添酒令茶杯酒杯唔會出現空杯狀態,值得一讚。surprised嘅係餐廳會為所有訂位嘅客人送上一張感謝卡,感覺窩心
