To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

IKEA餐廳初初開業極難搵位因為價錢非常親民，食物又不算差，而且又衛生吸引不少年輕人光顧現在比較容易找到位置瑞典肉丸配薯蓉、忌廉汁及紅果子醬宜家聖物，必點之選有些人喜歡到會買急凍包裝肉丸好味的地方是肉味重，不太乾身醬汁又開胃，薯蓉也變得不單調小食拼盤煙燻蜜糖腸4件、脆炸黃金雞翼4件、香脆薯格及甜粟米選擇困難症必點可惜整體炸物炸得比較乾身，口味不佳香烤三文魚柳以海鹽及簡單調味帶出三文魚的天然魚油香適合喜歡簡易的，又健康燒荷蘭牛仔柳一分錢一分貨牛仔柳的牛味較淡，肉質較韌蘑菇忌廉汁意粉意粉的份量很多，可惜配料不多單靠大量忌廉汁襯托
