To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於觀塘海濱公園的餐廳給我留下了深刻的印象好多特色的燈飾同擺設他們的大蝦濃汁虎蝦意大利蝴蝶粉好好味大蝦新鮮肥美，搭配蝦味濃汁，色香味俱佳。蝴蝶粉煮得剛好有咬勁，與濃汁完美融合，每一口都充滿了鮮美的口感。另外，日本豬軟骨墨西哥薄餅都好有特色，薄餅的底部烤得酥脆金黃，表面的豬軟骨則炸得酥脆可口。墨西哥風味的調味料增添了一抹獨特的風味，讓整道菜更加搶眼。餐廳的服務也值得一讚。如果有狗狗帶埋黎可以坐在外面的位置，享受同竉物休閑時光
