To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇黎過一風堂，因為每次都大排長龍，但今日竟然唔使等位！太耐冇黎原來有lunch set，前菜亦有好多選擇，lunch set 價錢取決於你選擇什麼前菜！日式叉燒角包：膽粗粗試吓，原來個包好軟熟，配上沙律醬和豚肉，原來好好食芝麻菠菜：朋友叫咗芝麻菠菜，脆脆芝麻配上涼涼菠菜，好清新爽口，味道亦好夾橫浜家系豚骨拉麵：欣賞呢度熱湯拉麵～個湯好夠熱，硬面夠彈牙，豚肉唔多肥膏，夠軟熟，不過湯稍為油膩左少少餐飲仲有100%果汁揀，我揀咗芒果，朋友揀咗提子
