To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 閨蜜好友剛剛生左個BB女,自己便去多左呢邊探BB,今日竟然發現原來樓下有「添好運」,仲竟然唔使排隊,就梗係要食下我最喜歡的雪山叉燒包啦!食物選擇大致相同,而我又唔係太肚餓,於是就淨係叫左雪山叉燒包。都要等十分鐘左右,同平時食開嘅分店比較,唔知係咪心理作用,好似淡口左少少,又無咁熱,而表面的鬆化程度又差少少,不過勝在環境坐得舒服的,無其他分店咁迫夾,服務員都悠閒好多,見佢地可以講笑打牙骹,下次都可以再來呢度Hea下!
