To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期四係咪咪既媽媽放假,咪咪就同爸爸媽媽黎左德福既美心皇宮酒樓飲下午茶,爸爸媽媽下晝大約一點半後去排隊等位,咪咪大約兩點多少少到達,咁岩下一張檯就到我地。在場所見真係好多人排隊,唔知點解人人都好得閒咁可以黎飲下午茶,而原本係酒樓隔離既美心集團 Canteen 已經執左,而美心皇宮會擴大酒樓範圍,希望第時排隊既情況有所改善啦!我地坐低之後,一如以往都要周圍睇點心車,因為美心一向都係推點心車,只係有少量既點心用點心紙剔,而因為我地坐左係幾張檯既中間,唔近點心車走廊,所以要特別留心經過既點心車!以下係我地所點既點心:1)水晶蝦餃皇($26):咪咪等左一陣先食,所以個皮有點韌,但係入面既蝦就好好味。2)蝦籽燒賣皇(大點):美心既燒賣係有隻蝦係個面度既,味道都唔錯,熱辣辣。3)乾蒸牛肉賣(大點):唔知點解乾蒸牛肉都要大點,不過幾好食,有肉汁又唔會乾爭爭。4)叉燒腸粉(腸粉點):見到腸粉車既時候凈係得番牛肉腸粉、叉燒腸粉同羅漢齋腸粉,叫阿姐牛肉腸丫唔該,佢話岩岩賣晒,唯有食叉燒腸啦。佢拎到埋黎個陣已經落晒「唔駛錢咁」既豉油,媽媽皺晒眉,咪咪就覺得味道一般。5)雞絲炸春卷(小點):以小點黎講,分

,有其他包類揀,我地就試下呢個,味道就似一個中式麵包入面有固體紅豆沙一樣,咪咪覺得奶皇包會好味啲~
7)魚湯鮮竹卷(大點):第一次試,味道都唔錯
,個魚湯其實唔係好濃味,不過鮮竹卷浸過湯黎食梗係會好味啲架啦!同埋平時好少見到呢個點心架!
8)鳳爪排骨盅飯(頂點):嘩,好耐無見到盅飯啦
,入座個陣一見到架點心車,咪咪已經急不及待要點喇
!我地既習慣係唔落豉油,因為飯本身都有油,亦都有鳳八排骨味。呢個飯由咪咪同媽媽包辦晒,咪咪覺得好好味,排骨好入味!真係好鐘意食盅飯啊~~


埋單大約 $183,係美心黎講算係咁啦,食飽飽!
