To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以黑椒和甜麵豉醬炆制,汁醬甜甜的,辣度溫和但不算太入味,鵝腳不是炆得稔身的一種,筋位甚有咬口。特愛吸盡汁醬的柚皮,這種做法現在已不多見了。

百花釀瓜甫(大)
面層放上瑤柱,小小的一顆蝦膠釀在節瓜當中,有蝦鮮之餘打得彈牙爽囗,那節瓜十分清甜,令湯汁也有股清甜鮮香,忍不住把那湯汁乾了,是茶市少見的精緻點心

這馬拉糕不算大件,口感較為實在,卻是未夠鬆軟。 黄糖香較為濃烈,但不會過甜。味道上較為貼近傳統古法馬拉糕,整體來說新斗記勝一籌,輸就是輸在鬆軟度方面吧!

掀開蓋子有點失望,不是雙皮奶的做法,嚐一口,是薑汁燉奶的味道,薑汁味不重但奶香濃郁,也不太甜,味道是不錯的。

蝦餃王(蝦餃)
現在的蝦餃像是在比大小似的,不過當然相對地口感也較佳吧! 蝦餃王外皮不算厚,内有顆顆中蝦肉,挺鮮味爽的,也没有摻進豬肉,能嘗到纯粹的蝦味。這兒的蝦餃確是上品,也難怪要另冠以「蝦餃」點,並索價$32吧!

由於假日關係,正價人均百元消費。貴為酒樓中的名牌,整體有一定水準,難得是不用等位,環境亦是屯門區內較為舒適的一家,是新斗記以外,屯門茗茶的不俗選擇
