To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間粉麵店是我細細個已經開始食,細路仔時只有於香港仔才可食得到。今時今日,已經開了不少分店,灣仔,銅鑼灣,旺角,尖沙咀等等都可食到。雖然分店開多了,但都沒有影響到食物的味道,童年回憶的味道依然存在我今次就在位於尖沙咀的這間分店開餐這間分店是在1樓的。可以看到對面的尖東廣場喔!  這間店尚算寬落光猛,整漯,坐位亦算多,空間感足夠。今天人流不算多,沒太多人排隊點餐,看看餐牌先 ~~(以前並沒有那麼多款湯底同食材可以選擇,但隨著社會同時代既進步,他們都要與時並進,加入多款不同的湯底和餸菜供客人選擇,才能不被淘汰)左睇右睇之後,都是食返我的心水食物 ~~~ 春卷配豬腸酸辣米線  必食.湯底 ~ 酸辣米線 (酸辣味適中,不會過酸或過辣,開胃啊! 而且仲有酸菜,芽菜,腐皮,韮菜等配菜包含其中).招牌春卷 ~~ (必食) 以魚肉為餡料製成腐皮卷,好有咬口,而且新鮮足料,食晒都已經好飽.豬腸 ~~ 切到細細條,而且洗得好乾淨,沒有油脂油膏夏日炎炎,食粉麵必配上的TIPS :招牌春卷必定要配上特制辣椒醬來食喔!(雖然這款辣椒醬真的很辣,但點都要沾上一點點來吃啊 ! 必定一試就愛上)

可以看到對面的尖東廣場喔!  這間店尚算寬落光猛,整漯,坐位亦算多,空間感足夠。
