To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚約了同事們一起去看Hancock,也順勢一起去吃晚飯。在金鐘地帶可選擇的食店實在不多,最後大家還是決定了去元氣一聚。不過仍在病重的我,是絕對不可以食下任何生的食物,不然只會加深病情~去壽司店又不能吃魚生,那麼又有甚麼東東可以吃呢﹖當然有,亦剛巧地遇到新的推廣,題目為童心系列。看到那些"壽司",真的笑了出來,因為為用的材料基本上算不上是壽司,反而似是just for fun多一點。在沒有太多選擇之下,就要了一碟熟蝦壽司、鰻魚壽司、青瓜卷、茶蒸碗、玉子壽司、腸仔壽司和生菜蟹柳卷~其實也沒甚麼好說的,因為始終水準不是中上級的壽司店。不過還是有點例外的......青瓜卷今天做得不錯,師傅把六件手卷都切得一樣高度,至少在賣相上勉強合格。另外,茶蒸碗是剛出爐的貨色,所以蛋漿內還有很多從雞肉,蟹柳滲出來的汁,味道當然比一般的好得多。不過,如果問我在廉價的回轉壽司中選出最有水準的,還是會說元氣比元綠、金太郎、明將等等好得多。
