上回講到去咗食鐵板燒,順便試埋樓上嘅Omakase,話咁快又一個星期前菜好清新嘅前菜,睇住啲、番茄及粟米堆喺啲冰入面,好透心涼!北海道白粟生食就最正㗎喇,粒粒飽滿又爽脆,又甜又多汁;番茄甜甜哋,點少少鹽食好特別,不過我都係鍾意唔點鹽多啲刺身七點左口魚薄切店員遞上一塊粉紅色嘅鹽板,先將左口魚放喺鹽板上,捲埋幾條葱再喺鹽板上碌幾個圈,咁樣嘅食法好好玩!每一片左口魚都切得好薄,由於我哋係坐喺窗旁,貪得意夾起片左口魚睇睇,原來真係薄到透光㗎!銀鱈魚刺身燒嘅就食得多,刺身就未試過,仲要咁厚切!入口未感受到佢嘅肥美,不過食食吓就發覺帶有豐厚嘅魚油香,口感細嫩滑溜,好甘香金扇鯛肉身粉紅,大廚喺魚皮上加啲鼓油再火炙後色澤更靚,魚皮好脆有焦香,魚肉有嚼勁鯖魚鯖魚嘅油份比較少,配以薑蔥點少少豉油食,又有另一番風味 鰹魚既肉質比較鬆軟,魚味亦比其他魚濃厚,果陣甘香味仲記憶猶新,實在滿足 池魚切成絲,加入薑、蔥及醬油,一啖食口感好彈牙螺肉螺肉鮮甜爽口,師傅切成少片,一口一片,爽!拖羅厚切不在話下,橫紋油脂均勻,咬落去口感豐盈,甘香味四溢,入口即溶,油脂感及甘香味於口腔迴旋,實在係冇得頂!壽司沙追魚魚味食落唔濃

魚味食落唔濃郁,要咬好多吓啲魚味先會突出,記住記住記住咬起碼40吓以上,就會覺得哇魚味爆發喇!

海膽壽司
係用上北海道馬糞海膽,色澤明亮,超嫩滑,嗰隻香味真係濃郁到爆!

鳥貝
第一次試,其貌不揚不過肉厚綿密,味道好鮮甜!!!

輕輕炙吓層魚皮,口感清爽,魚肉扎實

話說上星期樓下鐵板燒嘅店員話只要我喜歡,佢好樂意為我今次嘅甜品畫公仔。說時遲那時快,好快店員已經送上我嘅甜品了。真係超級超級開心!!!!!!!佢記得我鍾意多啦A夢,專登畫咗個戴咗竹蜻蜓嘅豆沙包俾我!!!!!!食埋個雪糕,由未日落食到日落,真係完美了!
