To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次黎到屯門呢間特式茶仔 食野,因為聽聞佢呢度既野食係比普通茶仔特別少少,可能同佢個名一樣,更符合香港人既口味。叫左個煎釀四寶墨魚麵,入面幾得意,墨魚麵係黑色, 喺出面應該都好難食到.魚湯湯底 好香好滑,好夠鮮味麵線亦好有驚喜,就咁食已經好好味,如果湯可以濃味少少就更加好。四寶好香,呢個係正宗四寶做法,以一間茶餐廳黎講算係咁唔會hea比你,好味,值回票價。星級西多士,以一間唔係西多士專門店黎講都總算唔錯, 多士香脆,最出色既地方係勁多牛油,入面仲有火腿,少少乾身口感岩晒我,值得可以一試呢間茶餐廳都有全日早餐食! 最鍾意食係因為佢唔會太肥膩,多士夠晒香脆,味度岩岩好;炒蛋味道濃郁,但又唔會覺得太厚太多,個人會更加鍾意腸仔

星級西多士,以一間唔係西多士專門店黎講都總算唔錯, 多士香脆,最出色既地方係勁多牛油,入面仲有火腿,少少乾身口感岩晒我,值得可以一試
