上網見呢間餐廳搞中菜放題,屋企人又鍾意食中菜,就趁happy Friday 黎屋企人食晚飯~餐廳主打京川滬菜,有我最喜愛嘅片皮鴨同埋一啲比較少見嘅菜式😋京式片皮鴨~烤鴨皮夠香脆,肉質夠嫩滑,有專人即席用新鮮烤鴨製成,鴨肉能夠鎖住肉汁,非常juicy~而且富油香,餅皮用蒸籠載着,保持熱力。雖然薄,但夠煙韌,包住一片片皮鴨,配以青瓜京蔥同埋少量哈密瓜非常滿足,哈密瓜嘅鮮甜提升咗整體嘅鮮味,而且爽脆嘅感覺為肉質結實嘅片皮鴨及煙韌嘅餅皮帶來另一種口感層次🤤平時酒樓食片皮鴨幾百蚊先得個幾塊,今次喺度食夠本🤤原隻鮑魚花菇~每位都送一份,鮑魚肉質彈牙,炆得夠入味,花菇吸收左鮑汁變得脹卜卜,非常juicy~砂鍋花膠雞湯~每位送一鍋,湯口夠清,花膠夠大塊,充滿膠質,係養顏之選,不過雞湯味道再濃郁點就更好~東坡肉~雖然係肥豬肉不太健康,但係食落肉質軟諗,炆得夠入味,食落有入口即溶嘅感覺真係好難抗拒,都係少食多滋味啦🤣高力豆沙~好少見到既甜品,咬落有外脆內軟嘅感覺,甜味主要來自內裏嘅紅豆,甜度控制都得宜,忍唔住食咗兩舊~小籠包&生煎鍋貼餡料充足,充滿肉汁,食落唔會乾身,熱辣辣食好滿足,不過餅皮再薄一點就更好

酒釀丸子&薑茶丸子~
酒釀丸子有淡淡的酒香味,配合清甜嘅湯底味道幾清新,薑茶則有較濃嘅薑味,有少少辣味,飲完覺得身體有點暖,配合煙韌嘅丸子又幾夾~

上湯翡翠苗&花雕醉雞~
翡翠苗食落都幾清新,唔會有好大陣草青味,醉雞凍食食到花雕酒香味,肉質唔會太硬,口感幾特別~
