Restaurant: Vegelink Vegetarian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近幾日想食清淡啲,就諗起食素食。素之樂開左咁多年,都係第一次去食,餐廳必須先訂位。咁啱餐廳有一張枱餘,所以我沒有訂位都可以食。最好食 - 蘿蔔糕:煎得黎一啲唔油,而且做到相當挺身,蘿蔔味出,配合多種菇同紅蘿蔔,十分合拍,是一件足料唔多粉的蘿蔔糕。最有驚喜 - 水晶餃:一向覺得素菜餃會無咩味,而且餡料碎濕濕,但今次沒有這情況,會好清楚見倒切到一絲絲,而且味道遍濃。差一點點便完美 - 素魚翅燒賣:餡料有空洞而且一夾便散出來,一點都不結實,味道是可以的。表現一般的素鮮蝦腸粉:外表的而且確近乎真的一樣,腸粉皮鬆散,一夾便鬆開來。比想像中容易接受的淮山麵:一向唔太喜歡淮山這類食物,估唔倒佢煮成麵會不一樣,都幾好食。下次想試下佢個燉湯,我諗都唔錯。諗下幾日後再去先。

最好食 - 蘿蔔糕:煎得黎一啲唔油,而且做到相當挺身,蘿蔔味出,配合多種菇同紅蘿蔔,十分合拍,是一件足料唔多粉的蘿蔔糕。

最有驚喜 - 水晶餃:一向覺得素菜餃會無咩味,而且餡料碎濕濕,但今次沒有這情況,會好清楚見倒切到一絲絲,而且味道遍濃。

差一點點便完美 - 素魚翅燒賣:餡料有空洞而且一夾便散出來,一點都不結實,味道是可以的。

表現一般的素鮮蝦腸粉:外表的而且確近乎真的一樣,腸粉皮鬆散,一夾便鬆開來。

比想像中容易接受的淮山麵:一向唔太喜歡淮山這類食物,估唔倒佢煮成麵會不一樣,都幾好食。

下次想試下佢個燉湯,我諗都唔錯。諗下幾日後再去先。
