To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因着地鐵之便,一行多人遊覽港島西區這個「老地方」。雖說是「老地方」,這區的人仍是努力地生活,不論是舊建築還是新建設都見証這裏的活力,因人總是要勇敢生存,活着就是美好。有人的地方,就自然有食。同行的友人隆重介紹這餐廳,門外的大牛霓虹招牌便顯示了這裏的招牌食物是甚麼了。但講食之前,先要看看餐牌。看得出是經歷過風霜的,但仍然在用。環保之餘更重要是一份歷史感,巴黎的地標圖片也顯示了那些年常用的設計手法。到食物了,先來的當然就是餐包及餐湯。餐包是微溫的,夠柔軟,也顯示了細心。而這個羅宋湯更是美味,微辣中更顯溫暖。在寒冬走了大半天的路程,坐下來喝一碗美味的熱湯就是一種享受。主菜就是肉眼扒帶子意粉。牛扒果然是招牌菜,肉質滑,有牛味,沒有在一般餐廳吃到的鬆肉粉味。真是值得一嚐。
