To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實食咗好耐,寫咗食評但未得閒上載。今次係我第一次試鴨大哥,飲中午茶。以為佢淨係整鴨既菜式叻,估唔到點心比我想像中好,點心師傅手勢幾好,點心幾細緻,唔算重口味,唔油膩,ok的!一共叫咗四個點心,有菜苗餃、合桃包(很有口感)、魚肚綿花雞、蘿白糕(有粗粗的蘿白條),仲有一碟五柳火鴨絲炆米,試吓佢啲鴨。老實說,鴨皮多過鴨肉,鴨肉有點「鞋」,但整體味道幾好,甜酸汁味道剛好,汁量適中(不是水汪汪),份量ok!想提一點,他們是用茶包沖茶的,雖然茶壼清潔方便相對會簡單乾淨啲,但要焗要浸半個鐘茶味先開始出,本人口味覺得茶味比淨用茶葉不夠濃不夠香,如果喜歡品茗的,可能會不夠滿足!服務方面,未試之前見到好多食評好壞參半,自己試過之後,覺得服務員uncles態度尚可以,總算對其餐廳食物了解,有問題都答到。另外,有一位男(經理?)打全場的,又在門口接待,又在餐廳內招呼客人的,他的服務態度非常認真友善,常掛笑容,有種精神爽利既感覺,值得一讚!希望其他服務員uncles可以再進步!
