知道銅鑼灣這間Fusion印尼餐廳好出名, 上次放假專程去試。餐廳在地庫,環境也很大,裝飾有心思,有刻意去佈置過,有很多中東特色裝飾品。沙嗲雞串燒兩串 $46雞肉味道惹味香而嫩,不會很乾,沙嗲汁好juicy,好濃郁,令雞肉串味道昇華。炸生鴨$70 +$17黃姜飯第一次吃這種料理,我覺得還可以。炸鴨表皮香脆可口,味道非常之辣!是慢慢散開的辣味,這時候吃一口粒粒分明的黃姜飯就最適合不過了。醬燒魚$68醬汁和燒魚原來是分開的。乾燒魚肉配特調醬汁味道也不錯。炒芥蘭$68芥蘭相當蒜香惹味,條條爽口又美味健康。珍多冰$31冰凍而奶味香濃,裏面綠色的應該是粉條,軟軟的好有口感。
