🐑蔥烤豬扒-本身味道ok嘅,⚠️但要注意啤水啤唔清殘留梳打粉味嘅問題⚠️-2🐑🐑蒜泥白肉-幾好-7🐑🐑獅子頭-越食越好味-8🐑🐑口水雞-都頗係有水準-8.5🐑🐑麻醬紅油濃湯麵(擔擔麵)-幾好-7🐑🐑小籠包-論皮、論餡、論爆汁程度,我暫時搵唔到香港有邊間做得好過佢-9.5🐑🐑鍋貼-個餡係同小籠包一樣嘅,理論上應該係同小籠包一樣爆汁,可惜嘅係偏偏煎得唔夠香,原因係,⚠️三隻鍋貼嘅皮,未上碟前,喺隻鑊度已經爆開咗,咁啲汁去晒邊呢?當然係喺鍋貼上碟之前已經畀師傅倒走晒啦!⚠️呢個同豬扒冇啤夠水殘留梳打粉味嘅情況一樣,係師傅手門嘅問題-2🐑
