放工跟朋友約了在尖沙咀食飯,她帶我去了這間食吉列牛的專門店。餐廳是在尖沙咀海防道內。食物主要以吉列牛肉為主,還有小食等,主食由百多元至五百元,視乎你想要貴牛定普通級牛肉。兩個人一人點了一個主菜及小食。牛吉列御膳除了有美國安格斯的吉列牛外,還有蘆筍、番茄及本菰做的串燒,龍蝦薯仔沙律,麵豉湯及多色穀飯,十分豐富。吉列牛肉表面是整塊沾上麵包槺炸過後切開一片片,所以只有表面是熟,幾乎整塊都生,所以要煎一煎熟才能食,牛肉肉質不會太腍,有點咬口,有肉味亦不會太乾,點埋蛋漿口感更滑;串燒蔬菜新鮮爽口,減少油膩感,整體都非常飽肚。小食的原隻日式磯煮鮑魚,鮑魚煮得很入味,表面有少許沙律醬及秋葵做裝飾,鮑魚已經去除內臟,方便食用,鮑魚肉質軟腍彈牙,很有咬口,帶點燒汁的甜味。另一款小食松露牛油焗本菰,未食已經聞到松露香味,本菰每啖都有松露味,非常濃郁,而且不會太油膩。平時食開吉列豬扒,今次這個吉列牛肉幾特別,仲可以自己慢慢燒慢慢坐,店員唔會趕我地走,可以慢慢食同傾下計。

平時食開吉列豬扒,今次這個吉列牛肉幾特別,仲可以自己慢慢燒慢慢坐,店員唔會趕我地走,可以慢慢食同傾下計。
