To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看電影之前 , 只有 45 分鐘的時間吃飯 , 本來打算去味千 , 路經譚仔 , 大家也不約而同說改地點 . 不知是早或是這間客人不多 , 只坐了三份一 . 每人各叫了一豌麵另外再加兩款雞翼 , 麻辣雞翼和土匪雞翼 . 土匪雞翼保持一貫的水準 , 味道好入 , 麻辣雞翼一點辣也沒有 , 味道又淡 , 而且有少少血 . 印象中 , 譚仔的麵應該有芽菜和韭菜 , 奇怪這間就是沒有 , 是否為了節省成本呢 ? 麵煮得剛剛好 , 不硬不 "林" , 好味 . 選了中辣 , 還可以吃辣一點 , 下次一定要挑戰大辣 .
