To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮑魚好軟腍入味 微微既昆布味但又冇蓋過鮑魚本身既鮮味

質感比金目鯛更軟更滑 咬落一樣有少少筋膜感
油香比金目鯛多 味道都較金目鯛淡
after taste係淡淡油香

咀嚼果時有少少筋膜感 味道甘香甘甜
after taste 較重而且回甘 食完好耐仲有個魚香感
會想一食再食既刺身之一❤️

雖然只係一小口既size 但入口立即有油香炸裂既感覺
肉既質感都冇因為佢細舊就冇咬口
一切都要歸功於佢唔係平時燒和牛薄切既厚度
微微既咬口燒得剛剛好 肉都係嫩口
每啖咬落去都有更多既油香同肉味散開💕 每啖都超幸福
加埋伴碟既洋蔥同蒜一齊食就冇咁over
由於洋蔥同蒜都係生既 會靠有新鮮同刺激既口感
可以去除和牛既肥膩感!🤓

用青瓜而唔係紫菜包既軍艦
一啖有哂三種唔同既口感 整體都係比較清新既味道

🔶海膽魚子醬三文魚壽司
海膽清甜😝 三文魚係微微燒香左表面 所以唔會燒到太老而鞋口
仲有魚子醬微微既咸香味
