To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在筲箕灣做野幾年，因為每次路過都見到呢間小店滿座，令我從來無入過去!! 今天同事帶頭叫外賣，終於有機會試下呢間錯過了很多年的風味!!我叫左個「越式生牛肉牛腩河」見到個特別位，可以加8蚊轉「蝦頭膏湯底」，即刻試試佢! 一個字「癲」!! 個湯底真心係勁好味! 睇得出係好用心製作，而且真係落足料! 蝦頭油超級勁香濃~ 真心令我第一次有食越南湯河想飲晒D湯既衝動!而個牛熟牛河都真係無敵，最可惜既係外賣返到黎，生牛肉已經熟晒，雖然都係好好味，但我相信現場食一定仲正，牛腩煮得好淋，成個湯河都好好味! 有時小小的加功，可以帶來大大的不同，餐廳在湯河上加了檸檬葉絲~令成件事變得好清新同香氣四溢! 真心覺得自己錯過了呢間小店好多年，黎緊要多D幫襯。
