Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃過無數次越南菜,安南可以稱得上驚艷。店名是越南的古稱,曾是法國殖民地,你能想到的越系名菜全部應有盡有,融合了越式和法式的地道風味。豬頸肉濱海:好特別!第一次吃濱海,绝了。猪頸肉酥香,横鋪的米粉有原始的米香,綿軟又有韌性,裹上新鮮脆爽的生菜👍生牛肉湯河:份量很大,有很多牛肉片。湯是牛骨湯,味道正宗。牛油蒜香雞翼:招牌推薦小食。牛油和2蒜香味十足,雞翼外酥里嫩。炸虾餅:蝦肉白白嫩嫩,看起来就很有食慾。沾上辣椒汁,一點都不油膩。黑糖珍珠鮮奶:越式特飲。要了無糖的,甜度剛剛好,因为黑糖還有一點甜度。珍珠彈牙,鲜奶濃郁,味道不輸網紅奶茶店。此外还有各款港式、台式飲品供選擇,想喝什么就喝什么。椰青:原隻大椰子,原汁原味。喝完的椰殼還可以吃椰肉,大滿足!這家店在新都城商場里,環境很好,都是沙發座。價錢卻十分良心,跟西環街邊小店的價格基本持平,平靓正!現在疫情期間外賣更有自取8折(下午茶除外),要不要這麼抵喔。
