To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每一次經過呢間牛涮鍋,都大排長龍,目測起碼有二十人外排,未計係程式排隊既人。今日趁早收工,大概五點九攞飛,等左20分鐘入得。而家入去時可以攞口罩紙,都好貼心。 而我就叫左Lv3果個餐加海鮮,隻牛係美國上級牛胸腹,食落脂肪均勻,值呢個價。不過海鮮方面有好有唔好,蜆好細隻,青口就新鮮,都幾淋。 配料方面,有基本既食材,丸,蕃茄,菜。。。。等。配料食材好新鮮。 甜品方面個綠茶缺餅麻麻地,太鬆淋,唔該煙韌,可以skip。另外期待既係軟雪糕,好食,雪糕有好多唔同配料,例如棉花糖。
