To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天要到啟業工作~剛好這裏有間魚米!說起來也真神奇,明明魚米有那麼多間分店但是我之前卻一次也沒看過!一試就發現質素的確是不錯的!我是在下午茶時段來的~下午茶:自選米線🍜(腐皮墨魚餅)轉酸辣轉烏冬連餐飲 ($43)這個餐我很喜歡~酸辣湯好味道!不只有酸辣味,還能嘗到魚湯的味道😋~不過我就覺得可以再辣一點,現在就是微辣的程度~腐皮墨魚餅有4塊,味道不錯👌🏻 而烏冬是手削的,扁扁平平的口感不錯~掛湯度高!下午茶:果醋豬軟骨菜飯連餐飲($43)果醋豬軟骨煮得挺軟和入味,好吃😋加上豬軟骨的份量挺多!
