To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實咁大個，第一次食譚仔，因為我最愛是雲南過橋米線，對於無色無味的米線，一路都不太喜歡，原來譚仔的湯底味道香濃，有不同的湯底可供選擇, 酸辣,麻辣, 而麻辣度也分很多種類，相信是譚仔才有獨有的, 是次點了三小辣, 對於平日都算食得辣的我來説可以更麻!獨特的米線配麻辣湯的味道，真的令我完全改觀，今次點了的配料有，豬潤，炸醬，墨魚丸，所有餸菜都十分入味，而且麻辣湯底比起過橋雲南米線少了一份油膩。所以我飲左大半碗湯!!
