幾年前喺西營盤返咗工幾年,都幾喜歡這個地方,久唔久都會去行下。同時也會發掘下新餐廳Kome Kushi 日式居洒屋面積吾大,但食物種類也不少。晚餐時段來到,我們是第一枱客人。先點了串燒過一過口癮極上厚切牛舌心 $78自家製汁燒雞肉棒 $68吃前點小許蛋液,令脆香外層如加了coating 般,免冶鷄肉中混合了鷄軟骨令口感更豐富,彈牙,鷄味濃香。店員介紹了櫻花蝦燒原條茄子 $78茄子開邊走油,再蒸放上樱花蝦、醬油等,味道好鮮,茄子又稔,吾錯。Kome Kushi 卷 $178是店方signature 以店名而立的卷物卷物上放上是當日精選魚生,卷物內包裹著青瓜、甜蛋、蟹柳、紫菜等,件件都切得幾大,吾可以一啖啪落口,魚生新鮮,正!
