Restaurant: Crazy Noodles (Kai Tak Commercial Building)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次食 水準都仲keep到！

今次又係同同事一齊去呢間餐廳食lunch，已經第二次嚟呢間餐廳食牛肉麵！水準都keep到。我哋叫咗：瘋狂牛肉麵套餐鍾意佢嘅牛肉夠腍，啖啖肉，牛味香濃，而且有牛筋。個面嘅口感都好好食，軟硬適中，唔係爛pat pat，而且仲要非油炸！今次都係叫咗BB 辣BB麻，不過都有少少辣，要撇咗啲辣油先好啲。蒜泥青瓜蒜味超重！幾有辣度幾好食！泡椒鳳爪酸辣惹味，辣得來幾好味！嘢飲叫咗羅漢果茶冬瓜茶，飲得出應該冇額外加糖。飲落去好舒服好潤喉，都好解辣。
