又黎呢度食啦!實在太掛住呢度… 今次認識多年既朋友揀左冬瓜豬骨瑤柱湯做湯底,好多料丫!仲要個湯真係白色架!入面有冬瓜、豬骨、雞腳、秀珍菇、粟米,清清甜甜咁,幾好!明太子釀冬菇 + 自制鮮墨魚丸 - 水準Keep到,蝦膠爽口好味養顏花膠筒 + 法國鵝肝 - 花膠比起一般打邊爐黎得真實,有口感,唔會好易煮到溶哂,鵝肝入口即溶,正!黃沙豬潤 + 百花釀QQ豆 - 豬潤好香,煮得恰當就更加滑,QQ豆好特別,無見過咁樣整豆角,剩係誠意同創意都夠晒鮮雞片 + 墨魚釀蓮藕夾 - 我無食過雞片,所以唔知,但個樣好滑咁~ 蓮藕夾幾新鮮,蓮藕夠爽,不過好可惜當放入湯滾滾下就散左lu...芝心鳳尾蝦 + 自製新鮮海蝦滑 - 鳳尾蝦個芝士香而不膩,海蝦滑由於用海蝦,有一種街外食唔到既新鮮蝦味,口感都有兩種層次櫻花牛刺身,無諗過佢係入口即溶,加埋佢俾既酸辣汁,好好味丫!醉蝦 (唔記得左個名) - 呢個係全晚之最丫!好在記得叫佢咋!d蝦黎到仲好生猛,仲係度郁黎郁去!即係證明d蝦仲生既時候用竹簽串起佢,然後就放入呢杯極品度,等佢飲到醉為止... 我就咁聞都覺得好醉丫!^_^ 應該係花雕溝玫瑰露酒,起初都擔心會唔會滾

除左食物之外,呢度最值得一提係佢既服務,真係好到不得了.... 會有專人幫你「筆」走湯面個層油、泡等等... 同埋會教你點食先至最好味...

出外食飯,除左食物要有質素外,服務態度也很重要!呢度兩樣都好滿意,一定會再返黎!^_^
