Restaurant: 生記滷味
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第1次食老味送配飯,幾好,但未能突出

如果周圍都易搵到以老味為賣點就好..至少我沙田無,,所以今日經過..忍唔住試左..3點左右,,巳算多人,,不斷有幾個幾個咁排隊斬料做送,,師奶,大人為重,,80後就小d..哈..見佢鴨,鵝都各有千秋,,我就諗左陣都係揀鵝..拼豬腸飯,,不夠2mins就有,,好快下,,食左啖飯,,無乜特別,,唔熱的,,試左下鵝..肉感幾爽..但肥肉夠夠都多..可能講明瘦會好d..皮都唔見有乜味..肉味亦只屬一般,,28$ 有湯送...湯係黃豆苦瓜,,幾好,,
