To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第100個食評，高汁食肆難得有折，豈可放過，馬上訂枱一試，今次被安排到窗口位，這間茶錢就貴啲，要$38，又無餐前小點吃，只有xo醬，豉油，辣椒酱提供，原本諗住散叫幾個點心再另外加一個小菜，後來問一下侍應套餐一樣有七折，那就不想了，這個二人餐都算係抵食啊，有豆腐羹，夠足料，四款點心，可以自選92蚊樓下的，又有三個小菜，有齊雞肉，牛肉和蝦肉，三款都好好食，坐到近四點都無被人騷擾，抵讚，侍應又醒目，見我喜歡每款食物都點些xo醬，見快無啦就換上一大碟。一定會再去足料豆腐羹蝦肉和牛肉，其中啲蝦又大隻又彈牙，二人份量每人都有三隻，好大方，牛肉算冧，有牛肉味，雞肉有底味之後飯，麵各一，較適合喜歡味濃人仕，甜品每人揀一款，點了合桃椰撻和杏仁茶，兩款都好好食，
