9-May-2012 (WED)今日等亞佬放工後來到又一城王家沙晚飯,對上一次已經係過年時同世伯伯母一齊來的,每次等位均要半個鐘或以上,少點耐性都冇位;今次又等半個鐘了。 我們點了醉嘉美雞、蘇式鮮肉小籠包和王家沙擔擔麵。 醉嘉美雞是用酒去煮製的,放了少許杞子,有點似中藥湯味道。啖啖雞肉鮮嫩美味,肉質挺不錯! 蘇式鮮肉小籠包,內裡的上湯比起鮮肉更鮮甜味美。 王家沙擔擔麵放了麻醬花生碎和豬肉碎等,再灑上蔥花,湯底看似濃郁;但入口感清淡。麵質偏淋卻有口感。
