To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節啱啱完，理論上應該返返嚟香港，點知等位都係非常之快！今日嘅質素比上一次好，可能冇上次咁快上菜，不過食物質素比較精緻，而且味道好咗！好似潮州粉嗰個皮，雖然比較薄，但係冇上次咁硬，入面材料都好豐盛點解鯪魚球原來而家得四粒大大的，如果有埋時菜鯪魚球選擇就好！而家鹹菜豬肚再唔係用煲上了，變咗用個兜仔，份量比較少不過好好味，新鮮彈口呢個河粉大件夾抵食，魚同埋蔬菜都好多件！三色椒份量，好充足叉燒包大大隻好好味！包皮鬆軟，又實在阿爸好鍾意做即刻食咗兩隻叉燒腸都好多瘦肉叉燒好啱我食！阿哥就最鍾意XO醬炒蘿蔔糕，一上枱阿嫂都話咁大粒嘅🤣蝦餃質素都好好，煙煙韌韌入面有大大粒蝦不會撈咗好多豬油真材實料服務方面都係要自助比較多😅因為自己斟水收碟仲快過搵人整體性價比高！
