To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 成日都想食但次次見到條隊都好怕，終於的起心肝同朋友一齊去排到天荒地老，等左差5多成個鐘先有得食。入到去被安排左坐近窗邊，咁等咁耐都算有dd價值。我地6個人share 4個湯底，其中我地最欣賞係黑松露，每種野食滾完都有松露香味，而且甜甜地咁超正。等左陣野食就到，上菜都幾快，而且都尼足。佢每一款肉都有個牌寫明佢係咩肉，對於可能有人5食牛尼講非常貼心，而且見到產地都特別放心。碗入面有個隔，我估就應該係要尼隔開d湯汁？？？？哈哈其實都無講明點用，乾淨衛生就ok啦其實就超級想去再食，但唸再要排反咁耐，真係有d卻步。
