等咗咁耐終於食到,決定去一試究竟。先講總結,係用料十足的心機菜。特別有幾道印象深刻嘅餸-1)芥末麻香花膠一人一條手掌咁長嘅花膠,花膠肉身比較厚,亦吸收了芥末嘅香味,有帶來清新既感覺。2)賽螃蟹粉法包上枱打卡嘅心機菜,用上5種唔同嘅蟹拆肉拆粉整成,再配3種不同款法包,仲有浙醋或陳醋的確好食。蟹粉底仲有一層蒸蛋白,能減低油膩感,但個人認為用少量白飯代替法包會更適合。3)老陳皮紅豆沙X年老陳皮,超香超正,食左但唔記得影…另外南非冰鎮飽魚,同埋火方都唔錯。呢間私房菜人多聚會一流👍

X年老陳皮,超香超正,食左但唔記得影…

另外南非冰鎮飽魚,同埋火方都唔錯。
