Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食米芝蓮級添好運,等位是常識吧,今日坐高鐵上廣州,碰啱午膳時間,當然醫好五臟六府才北上,在站內遠遠已看到添好運的招牌,於是碰碰運氣看看要等多久,結果五分鐘便能安排入座。高鐵站添好運餐牌與其他店無異,價錢應該一樣,裡面的座位數量相當多,目測枱數達四、五十張,喝了一杯茶後,最後點了馬拉糕、燒賣、蝦餃、牛肉腸、煎蛋牛肉飯、蘿蔔糕和菜苗餃,上菜的速度不錯,點心五、六分鐘便陸續上枱,食物質素依舊,吃了一枱點心才二百五十元,十分超值。
