To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我從來未試過入去餐廳食早餐要放棄離開。話說今日同兩位朋友於該餐廳等咗10分鐘之後安排入座,然後,各自手機點餐落單。落單後,很快便送上3杯餐飲+其中一個餐的1塊多士。之後,過咗20分鐘,沒有上餐便問職員請跟進。但是很可惜再過10分鐘,沒有職員交待,我就主動起身去出餐處找管理再詢問為何?她就列印點單出嚟往我們座位問,我們只說來了餐飲,其他什麼也未送來。非常非常失望,由下單後40分鐘仍然沒有職員過嚟交侍跟進,我們只好往收款處再找職員詢問出餐有什麼事,我們要求取消訂單離開。我真係感到非常失望,所有職員究竟如何工作及處理該餐廳的運作。我自己也有去過該集團的其他分店也感到滿意,但這間分店我就不敢恭維,請大家留意!
