To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 等9個字先上點心再催交枱

中秋節當日中午約咗好友飲茶，唔知係咪節日關係，啲員工比較唔好老脾。全場唔滿，但落單、加水要三催四請，啲阿姐先會睬你。成功落到單，就等等等等等，期間禮貌地問佢咗佢2次有冇漏單，仲未有嘢食，阿姐表示一定唔會漏，整要時間。ok繼續等，結果等咗9個字先上第一碟點心(潮洲粉果)，係熱嘅，味道都唔差，但個皮蒸過籠，濕到1 pat pat。。。之後繼續等等等，再多3、4個字先再上一碟點心。無幾耐，阿姐走過嚟話夠鐘交枱，有好多人排隊等緊位。黑人問號，入座無提過限時用餐(但都有心理準備個寧鐘要交枱)。之不過，大佬，你嘢食又未上齊，又9個字先上第一碟點心，點樣交枱畀你？忍唔住同佢講：吓，依加先上得2碟嘢，個飯同其他嘢都未上，交咩枱？阿姐：咁你哋食快啲，夠鐘交枱啦，人哋都要食嗱，唔係想死霸住張枱，但隔離仲有幾張空嘅，嘢食上得慢，我想快都唔得啦。。。真心唔知咩服務態度，朋友話之前食過唔係咁，可能我唔好彩，第一次就中伏。
