深水埗美食多就毋庸置疑,而且好多臥虎藏龍嘅小店,隱藏好多民間美食,呢間相信係其中一間。《粉制良品》主打筲箕河粉。呢個名詞對我都好新穎。河粉就食得多,筲箕河粉真係第一次聽。原來係嚴選陳年梯田糙米,再經過超過1800次碾磨,令米漿變細膩幼滑,再以筲箕蒸粉。整個過程都堅持人手製作,而且現蒸現切,好新鮮。分別試左手撕雞筲箕河粉同麻辣豬肚筲箕河粉。本身好驚啲河粉好易爛,但完全唔會,而且真係好滑。配料份量都唔少,手撕雞夠滑夠香、豬肚爽彈麻辣味夠惹味。每碗仲有啲青瓜絲同花生粒,加埋秘製嘅蒜蓉醬汁會令成件事更好味。整體係幾有驚喜。加配左一支自家豆漿,甜度剛好,夠細滑。
