To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日我同另一半只需返半日，但無田午飯時間灣仔好多人，但係我哋又想搵一個地方可以慢慢坐下飲吓嘢，平時就會去咖啡廳，今日反而去咗中式嘅地方飲下中國茶。由於我哋想飲下中國茶，所以我哋就去咗呢間餐廳，我哋叫咗個炒蘿蔔糕，好彩佢唔太油膩，所以連埋龍井茶一齊飲幫我解油膩啱啱好，食少少嘢然後慢慢嘆住茶同另一半傾吓計午飯時間都唔係好多人，而且環境都尚算舒服可以慢慢錯，如果喺灣仔午餐時間唔想同其他打工仔的可以考慮吓呢間
